Just wondering if these are cam chain or cam belts, its a 2003

2003 is the change over model year from DW to DY. See the link below for which car you might have - the very boxy, flimsy looking DW, or the more solid and rounder DY.
DY is chain, DW is belt. However, the DW engine will be non-interference so if the belt snaps it should not damage the engine. I personally would not bother changing belts on a DW because of this.
