Try wearing thin black silk inner gloves (from a good motorbike shop) inside your regular gloves. Also motorcross type hand grip (roost) protectors make a big difference keeping wind off your hands.

Comfy hard wearing mechanics gloves @ bungs warehouse. under 10 dolla .The motorcycle shop ones are all show & no go !
