I think that 2014 was Britain's best ever year for car exports and they are still recruiting workers.

Or otherwise I have seen them on plates near the hinges on the drivers door, along with the stickers for any recalls that have been done.

In a lot of cases it isn't stated in words what the country of origin, or final assembly is, on the manufacturers plate. If there is any doubt you simply decode the VIN, it is always the first digit that states it. In the case of Qashqai it will be S = United Kingdom.
