Undamaged OEM parts if available. If vehicle the part is going has not had work in that area and the new/old part has not been repaired or manipulated into place then should be straight swap over.

Wouldn't it also depend on which ones were damaged, the front wings are easy to replace but little point if the damage is in the boot lid.

New aftermarket pros/cons: * Comes unpainted so less prep needed. * Generally cheaper than an OEM s/hand equivalent. * Fitment is usually iffy, and requires some fiddling.
Secondhand genuine pros/cons: * Almost guaranteed good fitment. * Potential to buy in the same colour. * High risk of previous repairs (bog, plastic welding etc). * May have dents or deep scratches that need repairing.
