na 13mm would be a euro. mind you the naigbours nissan was all 13 also probably because its more renault then nissan.
If you are in the automotive repair industry then you know 12mm is never found on any european only jappas had 12mm
they used 12 or 14 as where euros always had 10 or 13mm
as where 10mm was on all cars exept uk and usa of course with there imperial crap.

You've never gone French? brake bleed nipples 9mm on some models, and 11 mm AF quite common as well. The one I'm having trouble with is the Polygon headed set screws.
