If the EV has air conditioning, that heat has to go somewhere. While EV traction motors are normally water cooled. 1st gen Nissan Leaf has an 80KW motor. Assuming that it is 95% efficient, that is still 4KW of heat that also needs to go somewhere. And more advanced EVs have active cooling systems on their batteries.
Either way, radiators are definitely still needed on EVs.
