How would you really know? Not to mention the facts that Govts of the world "Must" be in collusion with large tech companies and car makers to do a big brother on the subservient naive population. The only redeeming issue is if you keep your nose clean there won't be a major issue.

If you have to dispose of a body, use a generic 1990s car, and leave your phone at home while you do it.
