Why do you need an SUV?

nice_lady, Jun 6, 4:40pm
A red one😁

Rav4 hybrid, best out there.

joanie32, Jun 6, 5:15pm
Mercedes ML350

There is nothing else in the road.

Volvo XC90. Safest car on the planet. No one has ever died in an accident driving 1 since they were 1st introduced in the early 2000''s.

Is an SUV just a car/hatch/wagon with higher proportions that are easier to get in & out of than a low slung car/hatch/wagon

Jaguar iPace.
Nothing better.

stevo2, Jun 6, 6:03pm
Lamborghini Urus from $339k

We took one for a test drive, it was horrible. Decided against buying one.

Ended up with a Subaru, much nicer drive, in my opinion.

kcng, Jun 6, 7:50pm
What sort of Subaru did you buy? Forester?

kcng, Jun 6, 7:53pm
We don't need one, but I want one. Went from having an SUV back to a sedan and have really missed my SUV. Noticing my sedan is getting harder to get into as it's pretty low. Need something higher. Also prefer the visibility of a higher vehicle. Still debating between a small or mid size SUV. Probably only need a small one (as long as it is high enough), but also considering mid size.

I would agree with that korban. All modern cars drive well, but when you start driving them back to back a Subaru always ends up near the top. I have a RAV4 diesel that suits me as a daily driver. When my wife was in hospital I used her new XV when I was visiting. The extra refinement of the Subaru was noticeable.

Yes I got a Forrester, top of range

I haven't been in one my self, but hear they are exceptional vehicles.

0-100 in 4.8seconds hehe.

same here. RAV left me unimpressed. Got an XV Subaru. Love it and pocketed the difference

The thing is, they are sold out until 2022

A used stationwagon.

A mate recently bought a MG ZS SUV for $23k, it seems a lot of car for that money & is very nice, in saying that it only has a 1500cc engine. I'm driving a new CX-5 which cost $40k, it has lots of gadgets & a 2L engine, I'm loving it.

bill1451, Jun 7, 10:26am
I wasjust about to ask that, they are higher COG and therefore more likely of rollover in crash.
Also you can block normal cars view at intersections and cause more crashes.

trogedon, Jun 7, 10:27am
Exactly.
