Stupid impractical self indulgent fantasy. Next up some billionaire w@$&%3r decides to make a floating island complete with some robotic flying elephants because an Osibisa album cover had a profound effect on him as a teenager. Boring tw@ts with no imagination looking for stupid cliché ideas to tilt at.

its not going to happen unless they can find a very dirt cheap source of energy and put it in a small lightweight package. people complain about fuel prices now, planes simply cost huge amounts to run. not to mention the safety factor which would be the nail in the coffin.

Could be like them lime scooters. just dump them when yer finished.
If the Japanese are committed to making the air buggies work, they will make them work. E.g the early wet bikes etc through to the recenbt yamaha wave runners etc over 30 years of development. Suzuki wet bike bitsa - late 1980s. https://youtu.be/mlpiA9RFyMo Yamaha waverunner 2021 VX 1.8 litre engine which is larger displacement than a lot of Japanese cars now. https://youtu.be/TVVyQlqCVNE Certainly an incentive to find an alternative to being pushed onto a Japanese train literally.(unless this is staged) https://youtu.be/E7kor5nHtZQ

But "the Japanese" aren't. Just some ridiculous fantasist with a redundant wet dream. Last year it was some plonker with a fighting robot that you could climb into. be a ninja in a pubesecent comic book reality, just don't trip over the extension cord. Nothing more than an exhibition of how little one can achieve with a lot of resources if one is dull enough.
