Need to have rust repair along back window bottom seal.Does anyone know how much this would be for the job or just to have someone take the window out!

depends on how the window comes out . if it is glued in then it be a minimum of 200$ just to remove and refit the window again after.

Most panel beaters will be able to quote you for the glass remove & refit . BUT . theres no reasonable way of quoting for the rust repair UNTIL the window is out

Has for quotes most will give you a vague idea. but you do not know what it will look like under the screen.
