EK3 civic, 95 model. has CVT trans. has a auto clutch problem, and a idle issue, clutch issue im not worried about. however the surging i have been told is a idle control valve. the guy at honda said its located on the plenum and has 2 vacuum lines and an eectronic plug attached to it. however theres nothing like this on the plenum whatsoever. so my question is, where is it likely to be located! ive found 2 bits in the engine bay that look similar to his description, one located behind the plenum on the firewall. the other hanging in mid air zip tied to the wiring loom

CVT on a 95! that doesnt sound right, I thought CVT was introduced much later than in 95!

In the JDM EK Vi = sedan, VTi = hatch
