Just because a buyer shouldcheck a car before an auction does not make it O.K for people to misrepresent obvious and major issues like overheating when selling. Pretending that's O.K makes trading more difficult for us all.

OP--MY view is that if I have honestly represented the vehicle to the best of my ability then if you place a bid YOU OWN IT. NO iffs buts or maybees. IF the item is misrepresented then AIWI doesn't and can't stand.

well if i buy i car in another city i expect a test ride and if the description is accurate i wil buy if not i would walk away and bugger the feedback

To say Turners is where dealers get rid of there duds put you in the same basket as the BMW seller. Turners auction guarantee clear title and display a mechanical report on all cars over $2000 all cars are avaiable to test drive and you can get full checks on any vehicle. The majority of cars in the "budget" auctions are from private sellers who are looking for easy and transparent well to sell there car.
