Is it illegal for a MOTORBIKE shop to offer

a bike for auction with NO warranty ! Or is that just if you buy it off the shop floor ! 413459402

if sold at at fixed price buynow dealer obligations apply, but with auctions they dont, hence why so many dealers auction trade ins. So nothing wrong with that auction, and they seem pretty straight up about the problems it has

Those guys seem to sell lots of bikes at auction.They sell Suzukis, and some dealers don't want to put too many opposition brands on their showroom floor.They have good feedback.Perhaps view the bike if possible, otherwise just bid what you think it's worth factoring in what they say needs doing.

bevharris--No it is not illegal under current law to sell motor vehicles as is where is on auction. The goods must be described honestly and as snj11 posted no fixed price or its just another retail sale
