The price drops drastically as you go a little over 250cc. if you're looking for a learner bike, maybe find something like a low performance 400cc and wait till the law change to allow you to ride it

Next year the power to weight is going to be introduced, 250's will take a dive in price, 400cc bikes will probably go up in value

Should be able to get a reasonable bike under 1500
