Have a look there, they are sometimes repairable but best to just get a 2nd hand, can be had cheap enough.

Are you sure its the Regulator.
Window no go is common - the cause can be 3 things - Motor faulty, switch faulty, Regulator faulty. Easiest way to start checking is power at the motor (they use a double post throw switch so there is 4 connections, not just power/earth), then if power at motor, remove motor and see if it works, if it works then must be regulator problem.
Quite often if its a motor, a few "taps" with a hammer can fix them.
