Does any body now how to install these i am having some trouble the front part wont go in so annoying!

I can only suggest you google: BMW Forums and see if there are any accounts of doing it in one of the many forums.
Bimmerforums.com would be a start.
Bimmernut.com is another.
they both have a search capability.

slide the front passengers seat as far back as it goes. recline the back rest as far as it goes. slide headlining board in thru passengers door opening, rear of the board first. get some one to help you, they can sit in the rear of the car and feed the board thru. you may have to pull the gearstick right back also. you will also need to gentle squash the board on the very edges but it does go in. Others take the passenger seat out but it isn't worth the hassle.
