yeah there is heaps of them - go onto a thing called TradeMe and Commercial LEasing section - heaps and heaps of cheap affordable strorage/lockups etc available
I have been looking at themleft right and centre recently - ranging from $40 - $90 per week for storage alone to complete garages with mezzanine floors etc
