hey i have a xy falcon with a 200 in it and carby keeps getting fuel leaks have tried two different carbs and have had one rekited they neva seem to leak at the start but soon devlop a fuel leak and ideas on why or how to fix this

Your fuel pump is pumping at a to high a pressure, which is forcing the needle of the seat in the float chamber.

did you fit new gaskets , faces true, check float level ,!^ cant see above happening they only have mech pump .Mine used to leak untilfullyreconned it . Screws had been over tightened &warped the top face .

If its the 200,the brass fitting that screws onto the side of the carb "fuel entry" used to be an issue on them. The more you move that fitting the worse they get. If it is not that,elect70 will be on the money.
