You can. They are 6" wide so IMO anything from 185-215 in width will be fine

Thanks. I'm afraid all I know about tyres is that they are generally black, generally round and I only rotate them when I drive.LOL

Also make sure your car has the same stud pattern and compatible offset if you are looking to buy rims.

The auction text says they are happy for you to ask any questions about suitability. Dont know much about MX5's but they may have changed the offset over the various models so that could be an important point.

Standard tyres on my 91 MX5 were 185/60 x 14
