Decent quality 10w-40 or 15w40. Mineral is fine.but you can use synthetic if you like. Should hold around 5L of oil. Valvoline Engine Armour or Castrol Magnatec spring to mind.

Mobil Oil isn't exactly the best anyway. Any reputable brand will be fine, but I would keep grade to 15w40. It's a 19 year old car now.

Well alimo company had5stretch 5 litrefairmontlimosall changed to Mobil 1recommended by sales man . All started using oil like no tomorroweven after 1000 Km, sothey changed them allover to castrolmineral oil& back to normalafter 500 km .
The majority of mineral engine oils to day will have additives, making them a semi-synthetic or 'blended' oil. Straight mineral oils are generally of a higher viscosity too (thicker).
