air bag lamp stays on,tried computer diagnostic and it wont connect to the cars ecu.tried manual and it wont enter in to diagnostics
is it possible that srs ecu is fried

Get a scan done on it.

i have tried a scan but computer wont link (communicate with each other)

your car is in a cross over era there are two differnt ways of getting fault codes for a p11 airbag one being door switch other being ign switch which method did you try and quite often there is no airbag diagnostics at diagnostic plug so a scanner may not work so I would not go replacing the airbag ecu till ya sure

Get a nissan dealer that knows how to look at them properly for faults.

check that the sensors in the seats haven't come unplugged under the seat - had a similar issue where a rear passenger kicked the plug and it came undone triggering the air bag light to come on.

ive tried the ignition side,to read the codes the light has to flash but this stays solid on

thanks will give that a try to see if any wires are thier but i dont think these have pryo techtensioners

try the door switch method .turn ign on operate drivers door switch 5 times within 7 secs within turning ign on wait two secs count flashes
