Help with Honda Accord expensive headlight bulb

That's the method it shows in the owner's manual, but if there's an easier way I'm glad to hear it.

Sounds like its a Japanese CF which is available with HIDs

i had a similar problem and ended up going somewhere else and passing. i went in somewhere else after the 28 days so maybe it got cleared. but if you did go somewhere else they should only be able to see that you failed on lights, but not the actual reason, thats what some mechanic told me anyway not sure how true it is. good luck, id personally ask around for a 'easier' wof place

As per that link H4 bulbs should fit and those are easily available.

If it was an Japanese import (one piece plastic housings) it needs H4h which is still fairly easy to get (or at least was when I had my DA)

I remember getting a bulb for my old DA integra years back and couldn't find a new replacement bulb for it,can't remember the name for it but was similar to a H4, had 3pin but was bigger than a normal h4. I did find one at a wrecker and payed around $60 for it, apparently they were very hard to get. wasn't HID globe, just normal filament.
