Had a breakdown in our Audi on motorway whilst visiting from Hawkes Bay over Xmas requiring AA recovery from Mercer to Auckland. Terrific service from Qualitat who got us on our way in no time flat without charging an arm and a leg.Thanks to Steve and the team - thoroughly recommend them.

Only ever broken down once in an Audi/VW, it had 800km on the clock and it was a factory fault with a coil that needed the engine to be properly warmed up to show the problem. (first long trip for the car)
It happened after hours on a Sunday, the kind people at the BMW dealership opposite Audi stored the car in their front window with a sign saying "broken" on it until Audi opened in the morning. and quickly collected it.
Was a good experience overall, Audi paid for everything under warranty even though it was a Jap import.
Have used/recommended Qualitat for scheduled maintenance parts, servicing etc.
