Indeed it does. It tells a tale of a seemingly bipolar chap using two ID's, apparently desperate to show his beloved car at an event actually showcasing different sorts of cars, from an era his car does not fit. A chap who throws rabid abuse about when some people are not as fascinated in his car as he is, and who then cries that people are mean and nasty, and questions what has happened to society.
