Any vintage car enthusiasts here that have had honey comb radiators renewed/ fixed! We are looking for reccomendations on where to take it.

Ring the restoration workshop at Southwards museum. Im sure they have had this done and will be able to reccomend someone.

do you see the core or is it behind a grille! honey combs are almost impossible to fix and very expensive to make, national radiators make some vintage cores but generally are square tube type ,look ok on american cars!

if its for the vauxhall you have a problem as the radiator is curved! whats wrong with the origonal! you need to talk to an elderly radiator man and they are difficult to find! try your local vcc club as a starter

We ran a honeycomb radiator in a Model A for a long time but it was terrible for running hot.It eventually got to a point it wasn't worth doing anything with and had it recored.We were told they were near impossible to clean.And apparently if they have sat for any length of time with no water any corrosion or 'fluff' that appears in them just doesn't disappear and clogs them up even worse because of the shape of them.

George Bell Radiators in Silverdale built one for us, 1949 John Dere tractor has done lots of vintage stuff
