2002/2003 FORD Focus or Fiesta?

comments please on the better of the two.

I note Ford Focus 2003 has no bonnet release inside on driver side

Cos it is a hatchback!

Its probably on the Passenger side - thats where it is in my dads Fiesta.

Probably a left over of its LHD origins, like the indicator stalk being on the left (wrong) side of the steering column

It's just a matter of time, before someone rubbishes your choice,
and goes on and on and on and on about Fiats & VW Golfs.

They're both good cars, excellent handling being the main feature. Decide whether you want a wee car or a bigger one then go for it!

(edited to remove angry face icon, how the hell did that get there!)

The bonnets are opened with the key, you pivot the Ford oval in the grille upwards and the hole is beneath it.Same with the post 2000 Mondeos. The Focus and Fiesta are two different size classes of vehicle, really only you can decide whats best.

You should note in 2003 the Fiesta was a new model and the Focus was nearing the end of its cycle. This means the Fiesta feels like a much more modern car.

Also are you looking at manual or auto transmission cars! The autos on both models are extremely bad (in my opinion) and should be avoided.

been used to auto. The autos not good cos they are small cars do you think!

undecided on auto or manualtoo.

thank you all including vtecintegra
