I have a few projects on the go and am investigating buying a paint spray gun instead of using aerosol cans. Projects are: Go Kart, Bicycle restoration and a VW beach buggy build. I don't have an air compressor and the finish quality doesn't have to be perfect.
Any recommendations out there!

sounds like you should go buy a cheap compressor and one of those multi packs with a cheap spray gun and air blower etc. Should be able to get the kit and a budget compressor for around 150-250 all up. very very budget but you are not spraying high quality stuff.

i got a "semi pro" type of gun from the local car paint wholesaler thats pretty good.it sprays better than i can paint! if you get what i mean. thinking of painting the car with it next summer.
