Isuzu Bighorn 4JB1 engine removal and torque setti

I am to remove the 2.8 diesel engine from a 1990 Bighorn Lotus, it is on an automatic trans, and I was wondering if any one has done this, can I leave the trans in or should I remove it. Also the Torque settings for Head, Rockers, Big Ends, Mains and any other important details for assembling one of these.
Thanks for that exactly what i needed, I just did 'nt look hard enough did I. It is a Turbo and Intercooler. 180,000 ks in Immaculate condition, but cooked through a blown hose.

Also Guys if any one has done one, should i leave the trans in or take it out with the motor.

I generally take trans out with the motor (haven't worked on one of these though), but its a good opportunity to inspect everything and see if anything else needs replaced or adjusted. A lot easier to do any drive line work while its all out;)
