Hi anyone know of how many manual xr8's were built or are still around, I have got my hands on one, need to know if it's worth a tidy up,

I've got an ED Futura manual. when the clutch went, the guy reckoned that of the EA,B & D models, only 13% of the total cars built were manuals. Dunno where he got his stats from and how accurate they were.

its an XR so that makes it worth it,its a V8 so that makes it more worth it and its a manual so that puts it right up there, tidy it up and enjoy it but dont take it off the road and watch out for thieves, it is a rare car now and fast getting rarer.

i worked at a ford dealers from 1990 to 1996 and saw bugger all manual XR's. the best one was a cobalt blue xr8 Sprint

thanks for that, other problem I have is that bugger all turn up for parts, got myself a complete interior for $200 last week, Johnny on the spot I reckon
