Ok for starters yes it is a Honda Block. Head is different in the Rover. Its a higher compression twin cam head. Yes the rover engine will bend valves. You will have bad luck if it bends valves in the F20A motor. Its from the older 1989 -1992 series and in MOST cases it wont bend the valves. If it does I can garuntee you you can get another head from a wreckers. There are alot of those cars around so you will be able to find something dam cheap. New Water pump, idler pulleys and cam belt and head gasket bolt her on and ya ready to go for a pretty cheap job and plaining the head just in case. All done in a day.

HI ANTWERP my car is a CB 1993 Honda with the F20a 5 engine .is this interferance as I read the Rover thread and so am asking .thanks

No its not. its non Interferance. So MOST of the time you wont have an issue. You should be fine.
