Hi, my daughter has just moved to Auckland nursing.She needs to get her Toyota Corrolla 1997 serviced and has been quoted $300.This seems a lot to me, can anyone tell me if this is just what you pay in Auckland! Thanks for your time.

Depends what she is getting for her $300.
Oil and filter change! Full service with all filters, brake inspection, rad flush and change brake fluid!

what is getting done in this service!if its just oil and filter then thats pretty insane but if theyre doing that aswell as plugs, air filter, fuel filter then it can all add up pretty fast

There is a shop in onehunga that do wof and service for $79

,Albany toyota only charged $230 average for a BMW& AROUND $180 for a toyota . It pays to ring around I think or she willget ripped off.

That will be an oil & filter change and if you're lucky perhaps a fluid level check.
