cool, thanks everyone . was thinking valiant myself as the housing is angled where as the falcon isnt. guess that makes sense since he had a chrysler mudflap as well but i left that behind for now.
give me a min and i'll link another , i know its ford as it has fomoco stamp just cant nail down exact model yet.

yes similar but the one in my pic only has 2 screw holes where the capri shown has 4. hmmmm, ah well will just list as european ford .

i should know them all since my late step father had halves in a wreckers yard,from 78 to 89 i spent way to much time there (well not so much from 85 on when i left home) but there will always be something to stump us . take an asprin rob_man and you'll be right by morning. lol

Yep, you can tell by the part numbers too. Normal Mopar part number with 'A' in front to denote Aussie market. SAE 70 etc is the USA standard, all USA replacement lenses seem to have it on, great for knowing what year car they fit.
Looks like Capri 2 but not 100% certain. Does it have any other numbers on it!
