Land cruiser mid-late 90's that the UN use. Or Nissan patrols early 90's. Strictly speaking not 'cars' though. Depends on the use too. Are we talking city, highway, off road!

Ford 10 ! as long as it stayed upright, or the crown wheel and stayed in one piece, or the second gear stayed in its place.

That engine is a little ripper. I had one in a uno and it was tops for ease of maintenance. Went well enough too.

im_andrew, May 26, 7:57am
. Thats if you dont count your chassis rails rusting thru as a reliability issue.

Its not a car, but Id say the volvo B10m would be well up there

1996 VTi Honda Accord NZ New. By the time I sold it the thing had done a good 450k and not a leak in sight. Didnt even burn any oil. Was an awesome beast. I want it back now. Thrashed the thing and it kept on taking the punnishment.

johnf_456, May 27, 12:01am
Really, yeah they have some electrical issues but why do you think taxi drivers use primeras / bluebirds they both have the same sr engine. Provided they are serviced they go well, I have fixed some before that have had 300,000km's on them.
