Paint stripper designed for plastic! Thinners works but takes longer. Why do you need to remove the paint! If you are re-spraying you only need to sand back enough to give the new paint something to stick to,
Actually, don't use a stripper. Its not like you are sanding a bus so just sandpaper and elbow grease will do it;)

I think knowing why you want to strip the paint will help with suggestions on what to do. saying its a MX bike covers a number of decades. Is it plastic or steal tank for a start will help.

Just wash with a scotch brite pad or similar it in a bucket of gunwash or solvents, then rinse it with water. It will get it back to the original colour of the plastic.

Any amount of sanding or scotchbrite will scratch the plastic. The right solvent will remove the paint and leave the plastic smooth.

Leave the plastic off for that 'ghetto' look.

Use one of the commercial water base degreasers or floor cleaners (Enviroclean etc).Use a dip tank at maybe 50% strength and leave for a few hours - it'll just pull the paint off and not harm the plastics.

If the panels have been painted in a decent quality 2 component paint finish, then all floor cleaner will do is clean the paint. LOL.
