I am looking at at Isuzu Bighorn 1993 with 207,000 on the clock. It drove very smooth and the clutch felt good but there was a bit of play in the steering wheel, when I went to dealer he said this was normal for this model. I would love to hear from anyone with one and also the price I have googled up is between 2000 and 3000 he is asking $6999 but is negotiable. Help please.
It is really tidy with tow bar, diesal with turbo timer

It's hardly the bargain of the century I'd have to say, these are far from the most highly regarded SUV's out there. The steering issue is largely due to its design, it uses an old fashioned steering box and linkage system, it may just be a case of getting the box adjusted properly.A degree of free play of the wheel is acceptable but get a second opinion on it.In fact get the specialist diesel mechanic who will be doing the full independent prepurchase inspecton and leakdown test on the motor that you should be getting before even going near one of these things to check it for you.
