anyone out there have a manual etc for one of these things,what sort of sparkplug! was told it was a runner but no plug so not sure. what cc, its sitting in the shed untill i get some infothanks

I had one many years ago, so can't remember the spark plug for certain, but I think it was something like a champion L7. Brings back memories. It's a scooter with large spoked motorcycle type wheels, auto clutch (a variable belt type thing) and you start it with a hand pull starter like a lawnmower. Is that the one! I do remember it's 75cc.and made in France.

Just remembered that the German DKW Hobby is virtually the same machine, so you may be able to find some info under this.

thanks rpvr for that ,yes it does have a pullstart and the other thinds you said.so nothing wrong with the memory.it looks like an interestingmachine

Further info, it's the same motor as the DKW Hobby, which is listedhere as using a Champion L10-S plug. You could no doubt find a cross reference to the equivalent in other makes of plug. http://www.oldengine.org/members/diesel/Plugs/appscot1.htm

And here are heaps of alternatives - I knew L7 rang a bell, I'm sure it was what I used to use.
