I like PPG personally, I just did my cars front bumper and the paint gun sometime had primer left in it. No matter how hard I cleaned the thing it kept spitting flecks, so aggravating. I got it done in the end but there are 4 or 5 flecks I can see and it's going to annoy the piss outta me for ages.

It's certainly up there but calling it the best is a bit of a stretch, in the wrong hands it can still give a bad result. They all have their strong points, I ran a Sikkens system in my old shop for a number of years after starting off with Wattyl. The best aspect was accuracy of colours.
