Okay all you ford mechanics help me here please, sometimes my falcon once to run rough at idle almost want to die at the lights, then wants to run really poor likes its gutless, then runs okay.has happen a couple of times, what could be wrong !

Id start with cleaning the throttle body and replacing the fuel filter, good place to start before you start spending a bit more money on teh more expensive parts :)
