Ok novice question I have use of a 3 wheel

saxman99, Mar 18, 4:32am
That Make & Model usually runs on a 5:1 two-stroke.

zak410, Mar 18, 4:36am
depends if 2 or 4 stroke engine, make sure not to do any serious damage, also with a 3 wheeler remember to turn left if you want go right, hope that helps lol

LMFAO . HUH .WTF . ;-)

mrfxit, Mar 18, 4:53am
D'OH . make & model please!

bigfatmat1, Mar 18, 4:54am
5:1 two stroke ratio man that would cost a small fortune to run

zak410, Mar 18, 4:55am
have you tried the darn things, I have!

zak410, Mar 18, 4:59am
smoky alright,
didn??

bjdw, Mar 18, 5:01am
5:1! I can see the clouds of smoke from here.

I am presuming they are talking about a modern farm 3 wheeler motorbike & not a gnat rear steer buggy type vehicle.

mrfxit, Mar 18, 5:05am
4 stroke = 91 petrol
2 stroke = anything between 25:1& 50:1 depending on exact model but most likely if reasonably modern, will be self mixing = oil tank + fuel tank

zak410, Mar 18, 5:07am
so was I, you noticed they are all 4 wheelers now!

#1 sorry to make a bit of fun from your thread, but you should say what brand of bike it is, so people could help you.

zak410, Mar 18, 5:12am
straight petrol then, no problem, same as your car's

mrfxit, Mar 18, 5:12am
Yea slightly safer but not as much fun.
Altho with a buddy standing on the drawbar of the trailer, steering the back of the bike as you go . . . well you know . WHOOOSH. around THAT corner of the gravel track, is a shite load of fun most days.

zak410, Mar 18, 5:15am
#16 yeah, i know about bikes, and side-cars!
you noticed how a bike lean in a corner!, how a car lean in a corner!, how a 3 wheeler has no clue.!

zak410, Mar 18, 5:23am
yes, use same petrol as your car

mrfxit, Mar 18, 5:24am
LOL yea & no better on tarseal either
Sidecars, trailers are more fun.
Mind you tho, speed wobbles on tarseal with either isn't much fun

zak410, Mar 18, 5:26am
nothing major
cost more though!

xacoon, Mar 18, 5:30am
possible side effects could include improved fuel economy.

zak410, Mar 18, 5:33am
your car is probably tuned for 91,
stick with that or check with your mechanic is best.

xacoon, Mar 18, 5:35am
or retune and enjoy the benefits of a higher octane

intrade, Mar 18, 5:45am
make sure its 4 stroke when you fill straight petrol . 2 stroker sound way different to 4 stroke.here 2 strokers they also rev way higher then 4 stroke. dingding-ding when idle sound

My suggestion would be.leave it where it is and walk.It may look like fun but It'll bite ya.They're easy to tip over and when it starts to go your natural reaction will be to put your foot out. Then that big balloon tyre will run over your leg.Been there, done that.Had one as a farm bike many moons ago.

LOL cowboy . got to agree.
Not a good option if the rider is in a hurry or a bit brainless
Fine for pottering about but not so good on the rough & bumpy stuff.
