I simply can't fathom how anyone can be this stupid. Seriously. Even with (as she clearly has) zero knowledge about cars, surely you must have some clue what oil does, even in the most basic sense.

Ask her WHY she thinks you're legally obliged to fix her car. I'd love to hear her (warped) point of view.
