Just did a test and drove 400km and used 22 litres of fuel. Gives about 18.18 km/litre

When I had one I found open road economy not much better than around town as no 5th gear. 5-6 litres/100km ish so good for town driving.

I agree that a 5th gear could make a huge difference. Mine is 4 speed manual. Got lots of get up and go though. I love it. Nice and roomy even though I'm 2 Metres tall.
