I think you answered your own question. Why not turn it into a cafe racer, mould up a nice fibreglass rear end for it with a single seat and no rear pegs

My thoughts too.One seat only = no provision for a pillion passeenger. Or, just fit a modified seat from a wrecker.

Had this issue with a bike before. On my ZX9r I removed the rear pegs and had a rear seat cowl to replace the rear seat. Wof man told me that if the seat is there so must the foot pegs be, but no rear seat all good to have the pegs removed
