are they allowed to carry younger siblings in the vehicle with them, unsupervised; ie 17yr old driver, siblings 9 & 11.I know they can carry dependants but not sure about siblings, picking them up from school etc
???You cannot normally carry passengers, unless you have a supervisor with you.The only passengers you can carry without a supervisor are: ?
