the idea would be to build the trailer so it rests level, so slightly forward of the center to compensate for the draw bar, then just place the load on the trailer slightly forward of center.
or is that to much planning and drawing of diagrams.

According to an engineer from a caravan manufacturer, 6 to 8% of the gross loaded trailer weight on the tow bar is the industry standard.

kea are professionals. they make an extremely good product. 100mm = 4" i say again half an inch back for every foot of deck, this includes tandum
