With a car, yes.

Most people got no idea how to tow let alone reverse a trailer. I love going to boat ramps on a busy day and sit for a few hours and piss myself laughing. 1/2 moon bay boat ramp is so funny gp have look you wont be disappointed.

From memory you can but you have someone with a Full Licence with you. ie there are restrictions on you.
