What do you reckon this ole girls worth! Local Chemist (Pahiatua) offered it to me as a cheap runabout.The K's are genuine and the car itself is xtra tidy. Only one problem. the Telstar is located down in Dunedin (his daughters studying at Uni. and has herself ,bought a newer car. Chemist dude has kept all servicing and maintenance paperwork since 1990 when he first bought it. One downer, is that it has never been garaged. Dunedin is a long way to go and be a tad disappointed. Should i offer him $2000 and he throws the car on a transporter truck thats heading back to the North Island. They are damn reliable those Telstar/Mazda 2 litre engines.

wow the only way i would pay 2k for an 88 telstar is if it came with $1300 in cash in the glovebox.good car but hardly worth that kind of coin,no matter how "mint"
