I have purchased an electric scooter with top speed of 40km/hr. Does it need registering! The past 3 owners did not so it has never been registered.

yes it needs registering and if it does not have pedal and is over 3kw then it also needs a Wof below 3kw no wof there is another thread about exacttly this and its where i got the information from.

I wouldn't bother, you will need to put that money into buying new batteries as they won't last and power /range will fall away fast.

Hi, Previous owner has put new batteries in. Now need to find out how to get it registered. Hope its not hard. Anyone with knowledge around this!
