Well, yes. You are only allowed 5 characters on a bikes plate. OP has a GSX1400, which is a bike. a bike with an engine more than twice as big as the first Suzuki ute. but a bike none the less.

I cant think of anything more pointless than a plate with the name of the bike on it, it's a bit like the commadore in invers with 'holden' as its numberplate. I already know its a bloody holden!
If getting a plate i think it should relate to the person not the car, much more meaningful that way

I just can't get my head around paying, $839 for a bit of pressed metal with no practical purpose at all.Over eight HUNDRED dollars for the most basic personalised plate.

Agree with this, I'll buy a PP when there is nothing else I could possibly spend that money on for the vehicle.even then I think I'd baulk at the cost. Would rather it went to charity.
