any recommendation for a place to get a towbar from and fitted in Auckland (preferbly west or central). Some where cheap and who do a good job.I have heard a few horror stories where towbars haven't been fitted properly and they have pretty much fallen off under load.

Shagged-without question I reccomend Takapuna Mufflers and towbars. Good service,good price and the product is great. They are on Barrys Point road so pretty easy to get to from downtown. To give you an idea -I take my cars all the way from Henderson when a customer wants a towbar.

I've had great service from A1 Exhaust and Towbar in Hillside Rd on the Shore. Dave knows his stuff and doesn't charge like a wounded bull.
