Depends on 2 things - -how long it takes them (impossible to know without knowing the type of car) -their hourly rate Is the towbar you've bought specifically designed to fit your car!

I agree with andrea but will add.--It depends if they will even fit a second hand towbar at all

It's not second had its new and it's is for a 2004 toyota caldina and is made to fit that car

Fitting the tow bar, half an hour labour (assuming the boot is empty and not full cement bags, prams, and other shopping items). Wiring, add an hour or so + the plug + cable.
